The Green Hydrocarbon Berm Bag is a reuseable berm ideal for longer lasting berm water filtration and a sediment and trash berm.  This berm is designed to let water pass through the berm and remove containments.  It will help keep your trash in front of the berm.  It is designed for a lesser flowing waste stream as compared to the high flow ECS Blue Hydrocarbon Filter.

Green Berm Filter: This rugged berm can be used  in front of storm drains, catch basins or around contruction sites. Best example is it is like a waddle except it filters pullutants in the water. It is used for construction BMP’s Best Management Practices and Compliance of the Clean Water Act. You will be able to prevent trash and pullutants from entering the strom drain system. Most of our contractors use it like a trash interceptor that cleans the water prior to recovery. Last longer than the blue but the blue handles higher flowing polluted waste water.  Can be used together. Used by many contractors to show BMP’s in case of accidental runoff to our storm drains.

This berm can be used  in front of storm drains at contruction sites.   It is used for construction BMP’s Best Management Practices and Compliance of the Clean Water Act. You will be able to  prevent trash and pullutants from entering the strom drain system.  It will mechanically filter the water down to whatever size media that is used when the media is smaller than the 300 micron mesh size.   It can be used as a trash berm system prior to water recycling.
ECS Green Hydrocarbon Filter uses encapsulation media is a proprietary blend of enzymes, molecular bonding agents and activated carbon.  ECS Media doesn’t just soak up fuels and petrochemicals, it absorbs and bonds contaminants in an elastomeric matrix.
It is more efficient than old style sorbants (i.e. carbon, peat moss, cellulose, clay), requires less maintenance, and provides an easy-to-handle solid waste product that can be landfilled or recycled.  Compare the operating performance to other filtration media an dyou will discover the true value and cost svings of ECS Hydrocarbon Encapsulation Media.
